1. Purpose
SOLVIX SAS provides a cloud platform for financial intelligence, solvency management and receivables transparency. Using the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Access to the Service
Access to SOLVIX requires the creation of a personal account and the subscription to a paid plan. A free ten (10) day evaluation period is granted automatically upon registration. Continued use beyond that period requires an active subscription.
3. User Obligations
- Use SOLVIX in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the accuracy of any data entered into the platform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and enable multi-factor authentication.
- Refrain from any attempt to bypass security measures.
4. SOLVIX Commitments
SOLVIX undertakes to deliver a service with 99.9% average monthly availability, to maintain a business continuity and disaster recovery plan, and to notify clients of any material change with reasonable advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All software components, trademarks, content and databases made available remain the exclusive property of SOLVIX. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
SOLVIX's liability is engaged within the limits set by law and by the specific contractual conditions agreed. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for the consequences of any non-compliant use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of SOLVIX's registered office.
