Every employee, contractor and partner of SOLVIX is bound by the SOLVIX Code of Conduct, which translates the long-standing values of CFBANQUE INVESTMENT into clear, enforceable rules of engagement. The Code is reviewed annually by an independent ethics committee and adopted formally by the Executive Committee.
Anti-bribery and corruption
Zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments or undue advantages, anywhere in the world. Annual training, declaration of interests and gift register are mandatory.
Anti-money laundering
Customer onboarding follows institutional KYC and KYB procedures, with sanctions and PEP screening aligned with EU, UK and FATF standards.
Data protection and privacy
Compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the local data protection laws of every jurisdiction we serve. Privacy by design is engineered into the platform.
Human rights and dignity
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or forced labour, in any form, in any market. Modern slavery is reported transparently.
